You must have participated in the Write1Sub1 Challenge in 2013. The story or poem must have been reported on a weekly or monthly check-in, and been formally published (NOT merely on a personal blog, etc).

The Editorial Board will accept stories and poems based on the quality of the work as well as how well it fits within the collection, which is open to both genre and literary/mainstream works. We will strive to include as many W1S1 participants as possible in the space available.

There is no word count limitation.

No payment is associated with this reprint only anthology. The intent is to publish under the Creative Commons Non-Commercial No Derivatives license so that the anthology may be shared freely by the W1S1 participants.

In the Cover Letter, please include your name, where and when the work was originally published, and the approximate date you reported this publication in a Write1Sub1 check-in. Also note whether you currently hold reprint rights (Publication is planned for August 1, 2015), or will need to request a waiver from the publisher of your story. We do NOT need a list of credits or bio at this time.

You may submit more than one piece for consideration, but please do not bombard us with everything you have published. Select the pieces you are most proud of having written.

    1. Of course! Excellent news. Not that you would not, also, have made a fine editor for the project, Alex.
