A Ray Reprised

When Madeline first posted her Bradbury Bytes, I found them very inspiring. Since some of us have probably not seen them, I thought I would reprise the first of them today. Thanks Ray. Thanks Madeline.

YOU MUST STAY DRUNK ON WRITING
SO REALITY CANNOT DESTROY YOU.
(Ray Bradbury)

We deal with reality every day - from small things, like cleaning the house and doing laundry to larger things, like working a day job or struggling with financial problems. We live it, we live in it. But that doesn't mean reality gets to win. It doesn't get to take our creativity or our dreams or our imagination. It doesn't get to...unless we let it.

  1. Reality has definitely been trying to destroy me, but what it must not know, is that I am already broken... and quite content with it.
