Please disregard the last post that appeared briefly on our site. My Google account has apparently been hacked. I've been traveling the past few days using free airport WiFi with my iPad, and I must not have been careful enough while entering passwords. Next order of business: change them all.

On a brighter note, I was able to attend an iPad conference near Santa Cruz, California, at a school where every student is issued his/her own iPad, and classes are conducted with nearly full implementation. It was like stepping into the future, only the future is now.

Hopefully none of those youngsters will find themselves hacked at any point in the  near future. It's definitely not a good feeling.

Anyhow, onward and upward, y'all. I look forward to seeing all of our check-ins tomorrow!

  1. Sounds like an interesting conference, Milo. Sorry about the hacking. It's prevalent these days, unfortunately.

  2. Sorry to hear you were hacked Milo. I had a bad incident over the summer that ended up blocking out of my Google account for over a week. Something like this leaves you vulnerable. (Hugs)Indigo

  3. Some people have way too much time on their hands - good to hear you at least spent yours well. The iPad is definitely on my list - maybe those kids can teach me how to use it.

  4. That really stinks, Milo - sorry you had to/have to go through that.

If I get any new electronic doodad, it will probably be an iPad. :)

  5. What a pain with the hacking. Glad you found out quickly and were able to solve the problem.

  6. Sorry to hear that, Milo.

It happened to me last year. It's nasty.

Hope you can get everything sorted out.

  7. Sorry to hear about the hacking incident. You just got me thinking about how I was hesitant to use the WiFi ports while travelling home on the bus. I thought I was just being my normal paranoid self, but it makes a person think.

  8. Yeah, the "future" is now, except the areas in the USA that don't have WiFi.

    Hope everything got straightened out.

  9. Ugh hope you got it all sorted out. I had some emails sent from my gmail account too once and had to change everything it's a pain to do.
